The Artist
Kanna is a Nigerian-Canadian contemporary artist based in Montréal.
His work explores the dialogue between ancestral spirituality and modern life, using digital art and contemporary techniques to reinterpret memory, identity and cultural heritage.
Each artwork begins with a question rather than an answer.
Rather than recreating tradition, Kanna seeks to transform it into a living, contemporary language.

Dee is the co-founder and brand visionary behind Kanna Studio.
